10. Order Modifications & Address Changes

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Requests for address changes, contact number updates, or order modifications must be made before the order is dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, CHERCHÉ cannot guarantee that changes can be accommodated.
Any additional charges incurred due to incorrect shipping details provided by the customer may be borne by the customer
